Design, Construct & Delivery of Unregistered Movable Dwellings in Buloke

The Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from experienced contractors for the design, construction, supply, delivery and installation of unregistered movable dwellings in Buloke.

This request for tender outlines seven distinct Separable Portions (each of which relates to a distinct location to which the relevant cabins or other dwellings may need to be supplied). Council may (at its discretion) elect to award all seven Separable Portions to the same Tenderer or to award different Separable Portions to different Tenderers (in whatever way Council determines appropriate at its absolute discretion).

To facilitate this, Tenderers must advise in their Tender:

1.  For which Separable Portions they are tendering (which should include any discount which the Tenderer is prepared to offer if it is awarded more than one Separable Portion); and

2.  A price option for each of the following, which could be required at any one or more of the Separable Portions:

a 1-bedroom cabin with veranda

b 2-bedroom cabin with veranda

3.  A price for the design, supply and installation of approved footings to suit the supplied cabins at each location as outlined below.

4. Delivery and installation of the selected cabins may be to the following locations:

REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2:00 pm AEST on Wednesday 4 June 2025, and Tenders must be fully received by this time. Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Buloke Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any Tender proposal. Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed Tenders will not be accepted.
