The Department of Government Services (DGS) has released this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of public charging of government fleet electric vehicles under a State Purchase Contract (SPC) arrangement. This SPC supports government fleet vehicles used by over 150 Victorian Government departments, agencies, and entities. The outcome of this tender will be a supplier panel under the State’s new Public Charging of Fleet Electric Vehicles SPC.

This RFT relates to the provision of the following Services and/or Deliverables to State Purchasing Entities:

1.Access to public electric vehicle (EV) charging stations under a post payment arrangement

• one or more networks of public charging stations
• managed accounts and reporting
• post payment of incurred costs
• high standards of customer service and responsiveness

2. Additional requirements as set out in Part B - Specifications

The State seeks the participation of, and responses from, eligible entities who can provide the Services and/or Deliverables.
