The Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) have a number of aquatic facilities they maintain across the Region.

Council requires the services of a suitably experienced and qualified Supplier to provide a Preventative Maintenance Service Program (PMSP) for all the equipment at each of the plant rooms at the following Aquatic Facilities (refer to Appendix A and Appendix B for full listing of equipment and location of facilities):

a) Northern Region:

• Bowen Swimming Pool Plant Pump Room;
• Bowen Waterpark Plant Pump Shed;
• Queens Beach Holiday Park Pool Plant Pump Room;
• Collinsville Swimming Pool (Main Plant Pump Room & Children's Wading Pool Small Pump Room); and
• Collinsville Waterpark Plant Pump Shed.

b) Southern Region:

• Airlie Beach Lagoon Main Pool Plant Pump Room;
• Proserpine Swimming Pool Plant Pump Room; and
• Proserpine Waterpark Plant Pump Shed.

Council reserves the right to award this Contract in whole or part.

This Contract will be offered for a period of two (2) years, with additional twelve (12) month extensions at Council's discretion.

Council will be holding two Site Tender Briefings as follows:

- Wednesday, 30th April 2025 10.00 am (AEST) meeting at Collinsville Swimming Pool, 38 Conway Street, Collinsville, 4804 QLD; and

- Thursday, 1st May 2025 at 10.00 am (AEST) meeting at Airlie Beach Lagoon, 275 Shute Harbour Road, Airlie Beach, 4802, QLD.
