Transport for NSW (Tfnsw) is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide Transaction Management services for the proposed Pacific Highway upgrade through Wyong Town Centre.
Tfnsw is upgrading the Pacific Highway through Wyong Town Centre from a one-lane road in each direction to provide a two-lane road in each direction from Johnson Road through Wyong town centre to Cutler Drive. This includes replacing the Wyong River Road bridge with a new four-lane bridge and a new Bridge over the rail line at Rose Street.
TfNSW are seeking a suitable Service Provider to inform and deliver specialist transaction management and commercial services to assist Project staff and other specialist advisors for the preparation and documentation of technical and commercial criteria, Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Tender (RFT) activities, tender assessment, and contract negotiation phases for the procurement of the WTC Project.
This is an open tender. Participation in the tender process is open to all suppliers.
A pre-tender meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 14 May 2025. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming application.
Prospective tenderers must correctly execute and return the confidentiality deed poll (CDP) (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to access the Request for Tender documents and receive an invitation to the pre-tender briefing.
The correctly executed CDP must be emailed to the Contact Officer noted in this Opportunity by 12:00 pm Monday 12 May 2025 to receive an invitation to the Pre-Tender Briefing.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
