Project goals
The Farm Business Resilience Program, seeks to establish a supplier list to deliver farm resilience coaching, business planning & capability-building services to NSW primary producers from 2026-2029
The program aims to strengthen the long-term resilience of farm businesses by building participants’ knowledge, skills and capability in strategic farm planning and risk management, including drought and climate-related risk. This is delivered through a range of tailored coaching, business planning and education initiatives. This project will support primary producers to improve decision-making, strengthen risk management practices, and increase long-term business sustainability and resilience outcomes.
Scope
This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to establish a supplier list for the delivery of FBRP coaching services. Services may include mini coach, expert and industry coaching, as well as ready‑to‑implement partner programs for eligible farm businesses.
Delivery may occur through a range of formats, including one‑on‑one coaching, group learning, workshops, farm visits and business planning support to develop, refine and implement practical farm business plans.
Suppliers may also propose pre‑developed programs or projects with varying formats, outcomes and durations tailored to different participant cohorts or industry needs.
To be considered for inclusion, suppliers must demonstrate relevant agricultural experience, coaching capability, established regional networks and the capacity to deliver at scale across diverse industries and locations throughout NSW.
Inclusion on the supplier list does not guarantee work.
This information may be used to establish a supplier list from which potential suppliers may be engaged. The department may contact relevant listed supplier/s for formal quotations from 1 August 2026 onwards, as funding arrangements for specific projects are approved.
