Council is seeking a suitable experienced contractor to undertake the works associated with Foamed Bitumen Stabilisation (FBS) treatment on Archer Street (Devon Court to Stanley Street), Shepparton Victoria.

 The works include but not limited to:

• Site establishment and traffic management
• Lane-ways 11m wide - Pre-pulverise to a depth of 200mm from the finished level, cross blend across the whole site and dispose of 50mm of the pre-pulverised material to make room for the seal and asphalt.
• Lane-ways 11m wide - Stabilise with foamed bitumen to a minimum depth of 200mm from the top of the lightly compacted pre-pulverised material.
• Place spray seal as per specification.
• Full- width - Place the asphalt wearing course as per specification.
• Line-marking
