This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Federal Court of Australia Listed Entity (Entity) engaged Cognitio Digital under PA-2024-0166 in June 2024 to conduct stage 1 of a two-stage proposal for a Cyber Incident Response Plan exercise (see additional document).
The Entity wishes to engage Cognitio Digital to conduct stage 2 of the original proposal (Leadership exercise).
In your response can you please provide an updated proposal for stage 2 of the Cyber Incident Response Plan exercise, inclusive of pricing.
