Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitable qualified contractors for the construction of new footpaths and the repair and/or replacement of kerb and gutter within the Orange City local government area for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 financial years.
Council has an ongoing footpath program which includes replacement of existing footpaths and the construction of new footpaths and requires suitably qualified contractors to supplement our own resources for the delivery of these works.
The intention is to create a panel of contractors to undertake these works on an as needs basis. There is no guarantee on the extent or volume of work for any contractor under this arrangement.
The term of this contract will be from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.
