Sutherland Shire Council (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced professional consultant to develop a combined Business Case for the three Leisure Centres within the Sutherland Shire.

The consultant will examine appropriate funding strategies, interrogate operational data, and evaluate current asset conditions to determine the appropriate scale, scope and staging of upgrade works across the three sites in reference to the aspirations of the endorsed Leisure Strategy and Council’s net zero and resilience commitments.
