Comprehensive analysis and assessment of the Memorial’s existing architecture and platforms in relation to its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities against current and future business requirements. This includes analysis of the current technology approaches and environment to detect critical deficiencies, technical debt and recommendations for future solutions that meet a matrix criterion: long term cost (implementation and sustainability); fit-for-purpose; interoperability and scalability.
