Project description:

The VSBA, through the Planned Maintenance Program (PMP), is undertaking Hydraulic Fire Safety Services Upgrades and Rectifications at Hamlyn Banks Primary School, Le Page Primary School, and Keilor Heights Primary School

The appointed contractor will become responsible for all construction and associated works, including:

- Construction Drawings

- Authority Approvals

- Site Establishment

- Construction Works

- Project Supervision

- Site Safety and Security

- Stakeholder management (In conjunction with the consultant)

fully in accordance with the attached RFT documents and specifications.

The combined project budget for all sites is estimated to be approximately $1.3m ex. GST
