Treasury delivers the Budget website www.budget.gov.au annually. Its content is largely contained in Word and PDF documents which can be downloaded from the website.

Treasury also creates the Portfolio Budget Statements Word template which is used across government.

We are seeking an Accessibility Audit to evaluate these Word and PDF documents against WCAG 2.2 Level AA (noting the WCAG2ICT guidance for non-web documents).

The audit will systematically assess adherence to WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards (where possible for non-web documents), including sampling key areas of concern, and report on their technical conformance.

The audit will identify any areas of non-compliance and conclude with detailed remediation and best-practice recommendations to ensure full compliance and enhance overall user accessibility.
