Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to reconstruct the intersection of Eighth Street and Riverside Avenue.

The Reconstruction should include widening the road, increase the safety for all users of the intersection (vehicular, pedestrian and bike) and change the priority of travel so that Eighth Street has the priority through the intersection at Intersection Upgrade Eighth Street and Riverside Avenue.

INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
