This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Given the success of the previous activities in developing a proof-of-concept AWS Landing Zone, AUSTRAC is now looking to operationalise the AWS Landing Zone, using the experience, skills and documentation gained from the previous procurements. In particular it is intended to take advantage of the specific knowledge, skills and experience that CyberCX has of AUSTRAC’s AWS Landing Zone environment.
It is proposed therefore that this procurement will engage with CyberCX directly through the Digital Marketplace Panel 2 on a single supplier procurement to operationalise the AWS Landing Zone. CyberCX will be invited to submit a proposal for this work which it is proposed will be conducted in two concurrent phases:
1. The first phase will design and deliver a Cloud and Security Reference Architecture to identify current vs target state cloud/security capabilities and key tactical vs strategic initiatives. This will include cloud & security architecture principles and requirements, reference architecture, high level roadmap and prioritised initiatives.
2. The second phase will comprise CyberCX supplying specialised skills working under AUSTRAC’s direction to deliver the production-ready AWS Landing Zone, leveraging off the work conducted in the first phase. This work will be carried out on a time and materials basis, but with a price cap to contain any possible cost overruns.
The Seller is required to name the key personnel they identify and propose to fulfil this requirement and confirm they hold the required NV1 clearance.
