Goldenfields Water invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out the total replacement of the existing coating on the floor, all internal columns, and the lower 1 metre of the wall (from floor level) of the West Wyalong Terminal Steel Reservoir, which has a storage capacity of 21 ML. The reservoir is located at 150 Mid Western Highway, West Wyalong NSW, which is 2.3 km west of the West Wyalong CBD, heading toward Hay via the Mid-Western Highway. This cylindrical reservoir has an approximate diameter of 51.7 metres and a height of 11 metres.

Goldenfields Water will hold a pre-tender meeting onsite at 150 Mid Western Highway, West Wyalong NSW 2671. The meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 30 April 2025. The meeting is COMPULSORY, and it will outline the work, contract requirements and answer any questions contractors have regarding the tender requirements. Contractors must notify the Project Officer, Mr Sajitthan Subendrarajah by email at sajitthan.subendrarajah@gwcc.nsw.gov.au by 4.30pm Monday 28 April 2025 if they will be attending.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Goldenfields Water via Tenderlink by 2.00pm on Thursday 22 May 2025.
