City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably qualified vendor to supply an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform with suitable functionality to support Council operations.

The vendor will also be required to support:

• Document and Records Management
• Integration of the ERP into existing and legacy applications
• Data Migration
• Transition and Implementation
• Training and Support

The procurement process will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will involve an EOI, and successful EOI vendors will be invited to participate in the second stage, a Select Tender (RFT) process. Details of the successful tender will be published on the City of Palmerston website.

Vendors who directly or indirectly canvass support or engage with any Elected Member or Council Officer will be disqualified.
