The City of Burnside's Home Support Program offers services designed to help individuals aged 65 and older live independently in their own homes and within their local community.
Council is seeking a number of Contractors to join a panel to deliver the following services:
- Home Maintenance and Repairs;
- Domestic Assistance; and
- Individual Social Support
Contract Scope
Council is seeking a number of Contractors to join a panel to deliver the following services:
1. Home Maintenance and Repairs
a) Minor Home Maintenance
b) Gardening
c) Gutter Cleaning
d) Window Cleaning
e) Spring Cleaning
2. Domestic Assistance
a) includes minor demand for unaccompanied shopping i.e. Support worker shopping for the client rather than with the client.
3. Individual Social Support
a) may include a transport component.
Any services requiring a licensed tradesperson are not in scope for this program.
Services are dependent on Council receiving ongoing grant funding from the Commonwealth Government.
