Project goals

The Sydney Opera House Trust is seeking to engage with a proactive Respondent with demonstrated industry experience to perform maintenance of nominated Plumbing systems across the Sydney Opera House.

The outcome of the Contract is to provide a safe and well-maintained environment for patrons, visitors, performers and staff. In the unlikely event of a defect arising, the Contractor shall be able to provide a fast, efficient breakdown / defect response team to attend to the problem in a minimum of time.

The Contract will be based on two core principles:

· Contractor Performance Management.

· ISO55001 Asset Management framework.

Scope

• Inspection and maintenance of all automatic water boiler and chilled water units including provision of CO2 where required;
• Routine testing and certification of systems as required;
• Ensure appropriate integration of plumbing systems into the BMCS; and
• Ongoing audit of plumbing assets.
