Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Southern Cross University (SCU) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced organisations to propose innovative, cost-effective, and efficient solutions for the refurbishment of one of our Lismore student accommodation facilities, which sustained considerable flood damage in 2002.

With a lean budget envelope of $1.25m, we are seeking creatively minded solutions to create an inspiring facility ensuring quality, functionality, and sustainability, ready to welcome students back to occupy the units by February 2026
