Phillip Island Nature Parks (the Nature Parks) is a leading conservation and ecotourism organisation. We offer a diverse range of ecotourism experiences on Millowl (Phillip Island) including the Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre, Churchill Island and Koala Conservation Reserve. The Nature Parks also manages over 1,980 hectares of Crown land which includes a variety of coastal reserves, wetlands, and woodlands.

The Nature Parks is seeking proposals from experienced digital consultants to conduct a comprehensive review of the Nature Parks current website (penguins.org.au) and develop strategic recommendations for the development of the future website.

This includes defining content strategy, audience engagement across channels, department-specific feature needs and evaluating suitable technologies and solutions. The outcome will be a clear design direction, detailed brief and functional requirements to inform a subsequent tender for website design and development
