Tender Description

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking to establish a Contract with a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor (Contractor) for the provision of Solar system design, Installation and Commission Services (Services) at selected locations of GMCT.

  1. Fawkner Memorial Park – 1187 Sydney Road, Fawkner VIC 3060, Australia
  2. Lilydale Memorial Park – 126-128 Victoria Rd, Lilydale VIC 3140
  3. Altona Memorial Park – Dohertys Rd, Altona North VIC 3025
  4. Northern Memorial Park – 56 Box Forest Rd, Glenroy VIC 3046
  5. Preston Cemetery – 900 Plenty Rd, Bundoora VIC 3083
  6. Templestowe Cemetery – 263-283 Foote St, Templestowe VIC 3106
  7. Keilor Cemetery – Cemetery Rd &, Ely Ct, Keilor East VIC 3033

The Contract Term will run until 30 June 2026.

The Contractor is responsible for design, installation of solar systems and commissioning with the utility company and make sure they are Wi-Fi enabled with a modem to provide good visibility of performance.
