Tender Description
The Agency is seeking to engage suitable Suppliers for the provision of Auslan interpreting services for deaf and hard of hearing Agency staff.
The Agency’s preferred method of service delivery is predominantly video remote interpreting (VRI), via MS Teams. Additionally, the Agency will require on-site (face-to-face) Auslan interpreting across various Agency office locations throughout Australia.
Services may be provided on a one-on-one basis to individual Agency staff members, as well as Agency team and group meetings. Lengthy Auslan interpreting engagements, may require two Auslan interpreters to ensure continuous communication.
The Agency is seeking responses from appropriately resourced and qualified organisations with the capacity and capability to provide the services simultaneously, across multiple Australian time zones and locations.
