Overview
Services Australia is seeking the provision of interpreting and translation services for the Agency's customers across Australia (NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, SA, NT, ACT, TAS).
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of interpreting and translation services to assist customers who have limited English proficiency or who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Delivery of services in Indigenous and/or International and/or Auslan and sign languages
Contractor Requirements
- Must be capable of providing interpreting and translation services in Indigenous and/or International and/or Auslan and sign languages
