An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (Council) is seeking suitable trades to tender for the rehabilitation works at the Glenden Swimming Pool for the grandstand and changerooms.

Tenders must be in accordance with the Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at the Glenden Swimming Pool on Tuesday 8 April 2025 at 10.30am. Please advise your attendance by 5pm Monday 7 April 2025 via the tendering portal.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via the tendering portal only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
