Tender Description
Inverell Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a concept development proposal for a green field site located on the corner of Otho and Evans Street, Inverell (at the cost of person/s making the submission).
Interested parties will need to submit an EOI, which will address, but not be limited to, the Development proposal conditions. EOI documents can be downloaded free of charge by registering on the Tenderlink e-tendering portal.
Applicants must obtain a copy of the EOI Documentation from the e-tendering portal.
Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the applicant.
The highest or any EOI will not necessarily be accepted.
