The University of New England (UNE) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations for the design, development and potential operation of a new student accommodation facility on its Armidale campus.
Purpose
The development will be located on land provided by UNE. The project represents a unique opportunity to establish a collaborative, mutually beneficial commercial relationship. UNE invites the market to propose flexible, innovative commercial structures, such as a long-term ground lease, that align with its strategic objectives.
