Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contactor to conduct the inspections and maintenance of Essential Safety Measures in Council owned Facilities.

The Contractor is required to inspect and document records of maintenance checks, prepare an annual essential safety measures report on all buildings listed within the scope of works and be responsible for regularly inspecting all Council owned buildings as per the Victorian Building Association – Buildings Regulations 2018.

This will include inspections, reporting on both compliance and defects, liaising with Councils preferred contractors on rectification, and ensuring Council has access to online systems for both reporting and compliance purposes.

Term of the Contract is a 3 year period with the option of an extra two years (3 +1, +1).
