This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The City of Kalamunda (Principal) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Town Planning Consultant (Contractor) to prepare a Local Structure Plan, Developer Contribution Plan and Design Guidelines for the Hatch Court Light Industrial Area (HCLIA) and Stirling Crescent Precinct (SCP) in accordance with the requirements under the WALGA Panel Contract.
