Provision of Grounds and Garden Maintenance for North Metropolitan TAFE Campuses.North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) is seeking to establish a contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to undertake the gardening and ground maintenance services at NMTAFE 9 campuses.  

Scope requirements include but are not limited to: 

• Lawn maintenance;
• Garden bed maintenance; 
• Maintenance of oval and building surrounds, atria / courtyards (internal and external), quadrangles, childcare play areas;
• Supply and application of mulch, top dressing, fertilisers, pesticides, weedicide and herbicides;
• Maintenance of reticulation equipment (excluding bores, pumps);
• Pruning of trees, plants, etc.; 
• Maintenance of un-established and natural bush areas (specific exclusions excepted);
• General site cleaning; 
• Maintenance of indoor plants;
• Waterwise garden advisory service; and 
• Horticulture and arboriculture advisory service to set, apply and achieve best practice in standards and procedures.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Client Services - D Block, Joondalup Campus, 35 Kendrew Crescent, Joondalup on 28 May, 2025 10:00 AM.

Site Inspections.

Non-mandatory site inspections will be conducted on Wednesday 28 May 2025 at 10AM.

Location Client Services - D Block, Joondalup Campus, 35 Kendrew Crescent, Joondalup, followed by Client Services - A Block, Midland Campus, 172 Lloyd Street, Midland.

Additional site visits and inspections to be scheduled on request for other sites.
