Suppliers are invited to complete an Invitation to Officer for the provision of Interpreting and Translating Services for any or all of the following categories:

Category 1 - Aboriginal Peoples' and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' Languages

Category 2 - Languages other than English (LOTE)

Category 3 - AUSLAN, Deaf Interpreting and other sign languages

The Preferred Supplier Panel will be replacing the current HSQ81638 Provision of Language Services Standing Offer Arrangement from July 1 2025.

Suppliers are invited to complete the Invitation to Offer (ITO) for the Preferred Supplier Panel for the provision of Interpreting and Translating Services.

The Invitation to Offer (ITO) contains:

• Part A - PSP Invitation to Offer (ITO) SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN;

• Part B: PSP ITO Response Schedules – The Response Schedules include:

• Response Schedule A - (this Excel Document) - SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.

o MS Forms – link in Response Schedule A – SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT VIA MS FORMS.

• Response Schedule B – Word Document – SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.

• Response Schedule C – Pricing Response – SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.

• Attachment 1 - Reporting Guidance & Template - SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN.

• Attachment 2 - Self Assessment Workbook - SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN.

• Attachment 3 - Self Assessment Workbook Guidelines - SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN.

• Attachment 4 - As a Service Questionnaire - (if relevant) SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.

The Supplier is to complete and submit these Response Schedules and any referenced attachments by the Closing date and time via Vendor Panel. Refer to Part A PSP Invitation to Offer, including the referenced terms and conditions, when compiling a response.

It is mandatory to answer all questions in this ITO Response Schedules, if a question is not applicable to your offer or organisation provide the response N/A to ensure your offer is compliant.
