Council would like to invite submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to develop a flood study for the Barham River catchment that provides improved understanding of flood conditions and emergency management implications, including preparation of a draft planning scheme amendment to facilitate an update to the relevant flood-based planning overlays.
