Project goals

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) requires a suitably skilled and resourced ICT supplier to provide hosting, 24/7 technical support, disaster recovery, and software licenses for Matrix-based websites and products. A migration of our current environment to a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solution will also be highly considered. This agreement will be for a period of up to three years. Please note ONLY Suppliers under ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 – Subcategory M06, may apply for this tender.
