Project goals
The current contract for the operation and maintenance of bike lockers and bike sheds is nearing the end of its term. To ensure the continuity of operations, TfNSW is inviting qualified and experienced contractors to submit their bids for the management of operations and maintenance of TfNSW’s bicycle parking facilities at transport interchanges, or other locations determined by Transport.
Scope
- General cleaning and reactive maintenance
- Customer service and facility usage/access management
- Auditing and performance reporting
- Management of the existing EACS or the development of a new EACS for bike sheds
- Management of existing website
- Revenue collection
- Construction and relocation of bike lockers and bike sheds - if requested
