Overview
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Room Refurbishments 2026 Asset Futures at St Marys Senior College Maitland, as per the terms and conditions set out in the EOI.
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
About
The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is a community of Christ's faithful, representing a portion of the people of God in a particular area entrusted to a Bishop.

Instructions to Tenderers
All submissions must be collated into a single (1) PDF file. Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Tenders close at 3.30pm 31 July 2026 AEST. Submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
