This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health and Aged Care is undertaking a comprehensive Digital and Business Transformation initiative termed the Innovative Ways of Working (IWOW) Program. The digital and business transformation initiative aims to modernise the department’s operations, enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and enable the department to more readily leverage new technologies.
Central to the transformation initiative is the transition of the department’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, principally the upgrade and migration of SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA. It is anticipated that the core enterprise capabilities of finance, procurement, payroll, and core human resource, will be enabled by upgrading the department’s S/4HANA solution.
To inform, and prepare for, the transition of SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA, the department seeks an appropriately skilled and experienced Service Provider to manage the production of a suite of architecture documents which will represent the Target State Architecture of the IWOW Program.
The range and schedule of architectural documents that need to be produced are detailed in the Statement of Requirements.
