SAP Build Workzone

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Health and Aged Care is seeking to engage a system implementor with relevant expert technical knowledge and experience to implement a digital experience Proof of Concept (PoC) of SAP Build Workzone within the department’s current ICT sandbox and test environments and validate its use in a departmental context.

SAP Workzone provides centralised access to business applications, processes and associated information from any device in a single place (i.e., a central entry point for business users).

The implementation of a PoC of SAP Build Workzone within the department’s environments will assist design an optimal self-service user experience (UX) through consideration of all applicable value streams per functionality and associated backend systems.

The use cases that will be implemented as part of the PoC will be selected through discussions between the department and the vendor based on the work undertaken in relation to UX design.

Learnings gathered through this process will assist to de-risk decisions made in relation to the integration landscape and reduce usability and user acceptance risk. Further, the utilisation of SAP Workzone will establish a platform for the future deployment of new capabilities via a delivery method that would already be familiar to end-users.
