Provision of Pest Control & Termite Services

⁠⁠⁠This the provision of pest and termite control services for the Council of Salisbury (CoS) includes the programmed and reactive pest control of Council’s buildings and facilities, which include:

• Bespoke Buildings (4)
• Recreation Centres (3)
• Community Hub (2)
• Community Centres and Libraries (11)
• Minor & Other Buildings (4)
• Sports & Clubrooms (5))

Part A – Termite Control involves the preventative maintenance of the termite management system, annual inspections, and reactive treatments as necessary.

Part B – General Pest Control involves the preventative treatment and ongoing management of general pest activity in CoS buildings, with reactive treatments carried out as required.
