Cudgegong District Fire Control Centre Cleaning EOI

⁠⁠⁠The Cudgegong Fire Control Centre is seeking experssions of interest for updated quotes as part of our procurement stratergies.

The works area includes 3 seperate buildings all located on site at 6 Goodger Place EURUNDEREE, just before the airport. If you wish to inspect the site before quoting please contact 0429 035 842 to arrange a date and time for this.

Tasks and cleaning requirements include:

Weekly:

• Vacuum/mop all floors
• Wipe all desks and cabinets
• Basic kitchen cleaning – benches, wipe out sink, tables, place any leftover cutlery/crockery in dishwasher
• Wipe tables in alfresco area
• Empty bins (General Office, Kitchen, Training Rooms)
• Bathrooms fully cleaned (apart from shower area)
• Restock of supplies – toilet paper, hand towel, bin liners, etc using RFS supplied materials
• De-cobweb as required
• Other general cleaning duties

Three Monthly Tasks (can be done throughout regular weekly cleaning schedule rather than all at once)

• Windows/glass doors
• Skirting boards
• Marks on walls/floor as required
• Window sills
• Oven/rangehood
• Fridges
• Alfresco kitchen
• Showers in bathrooms
• Door handles
• Cabinet doors in Kitchen and office spaces
• Dusting top of lockers
• Dusting of signage on walls and doors
• Dusting/vacuuming of internal storerooms
• Cleaning of screens and phone handsets/docks
• Dusting of cameras, alarm monitors
• Dusting of flashings around windows/entryways
• Dusting of wood roof lining
• Surface dusting of air conditioner vents
