Marine Infrastructure Maintenance and Civil Works Panel - Fremantle Ports Inner and Outer Harbour

Fremantle Ports is requesting a quotation for the establishment of a Pre-Qualified Panel of Contractors for the provision of marine infrastructure maintenance and civil works in the Inner Harbour (Fremantle) and Outer Harbour (Kwinana).

The formal instrument of agreement resulting from this RFx will constitute a standing offer arrangement for the supply of goods / services within scope over a 3-year term with possible extension options.

MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING FOR BOTH SITES AND INNER HARBOUR SITE VISIT REQUIRED: TUESDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2025 AT 10:00AM WST.

Respondents wishing to attend the tender briefing and Inner Harbour site visit must contact the Buyer nominated for this tender, prior to Midday WST on Thursday 20 February 2025. Respondents must meet 10 minutes before the site visit time at the reception area of the Administration Building Inner Harbour.

Note: MSIC conditions and full PPE (including PFDs) are applicable to the site visit.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT FOR THE OUTER HARBOUR CAN BE ARRANGED.

This panel contract is a standing offer arrangement on a job-by-job basis. No commitment of any kind will arise between the parties until such time as a purchase order is issued by Fremantle Ports Authority in relation to each individual job. Each separate purchase order will constitute a new and entirely separate contract
