Tender Description
The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in April 2025 and is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of CCTV Operations for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix events (Event), to be held at Albert Park, Melbourne (Site) from 2026 onwards.
EVENT
The Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix event is held over a four-day period, typically in March/April each year.
Construction of infrastructure to facilitate the Event is carried out over a 12 week build period in accordance with a strict Construction Programme, with dismantle beginning immediately following the Event. Full dismantle is required within four weeks of the Event.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The CCTV Operations services scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Supply and installation of CCTV cameras throughout the Site;
- Supply and installation of Track Protection Cameras;
- Supply of CCTV Operators in Event Control throughout event week;
- Supply of TV Screen Wall and recording equipment within Event Control;
- Innovation and new technology including but not limited to;
- Crowd Counting;
- Vehicle Counting;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI);
- Facial Recognition; and
- Crowd flow and density tracking.
