This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This procurement will be a contract for services with a supplier who has the required specialist skills. The reason this approach has been chosen is because this is a complex piece of work that requires data / digital expertise in the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) landscape. It also requires:
• expertise in working with the clinical sector to achieve governance and government outcomes,
• the capability to work with international vendors of clinical decision tools to capitalise on learnings,
• delivering to government a clear model for rendering guidelines computable in a FHIR based ecosystem,
• a clear model of working various parts of the sector to agree a clinical knowledge base,
• understanding of key digital / data requirements from international experience.
