Tender Description

Geoscience Australia is seeking comprehensive, innovative and cost-effective proposals to implement a modern, scalable and sustainable digital data management and storage solution to meet its evolving business requirements and objectives.

This initiative will also replace the current Automated Tape Library/Storage Protect environment and can be broken down the three critical components and two Work Packages as described below.

Tenderers are invited to provide a proposal by submitting a Tender that addresses one or both of the following Work Packages:

  • Work Package 1 (WP1):
  • to deliver the Digital Data Storage components of the Solution (Work Package 1A or WP1A)
  • to deliver the Ingestion and Provisioning components of the Solution (Work Package 1B or WP1B)
  • Work Package 2 (WP2): to deliver the Data Migration
