Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the replacement of gas heater units and supply and install new AC Units at 8 Aldersea Circle, Clarkson, WA 6030 and Avignon Way, Beechboro WA 6063.

The Work includes but is not limited to supply and install new reverse cycle air conditioners

• Preliminaries and Dilapidation Survey
• S&I AC units Use bullets to
• S&I new galvanised cages, mechanical fresh air provision
• Patching, painting, making good
• Builders works
• Testing and commissioning
• Final Site handover
• Asset Management Data
• Decommissioning, removal and disposal of gas heater units, existing evap units and wet area air con ducts.
• Apply RCD production to switchboards where required and as applicable  

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 8 Aldersea Circle, Clarkson, 6030, Avignon Way, Beechboro 6063, Perth on 31 January 2025 9:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at 09.00am - Clarkson Primary School and then at 11:00AM - West Beechboro Primary School. The location of the briefing will be Clarkson Primary School ? 8 Aldersea Circle, Clarkson WA 6030 and Avignon Way, Beechboro WA 6063.
