Campaspe Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced building designers to prepare design documentation for extensions to Echuca Senior Citizens Centre located at 39-45 Landsborough Street, Echuca.
Currently Echuca Neighbourhood House is a User Group utilising Echuca Senior Citizens Centre, It is in the process of entering into a licence with Council for use of the building. It is proposed to relocate the Echuca Toy Library to the Landsborough Street building, to better serve the community and to make optimal use of Council facilities.
An extension to the existing facility is required to provide adequate storage for its equipment and to provide possible extra storage space for another potential use.
