Tender Description
Hornsby Shire Council (HSC) is seeking services in a number of key areas to meet its strategic goals. Particularly in the area of catchment management.
The services listed are diverse in nature. It's expected that not all respondents will apply to each separable portion. Respondents may be awarded to multiple separable portions.
Services include auditing, design, modelling, construction, and maintenance. Services will cover the asset classes of Gross pollutant traps (GPTs), Biofilters, Stormwater Harvesting Devices (SWH) and Waterways (natural and constructed).
These services are designed not to conflict with HSC's existing panels of Cleaning and Repair of SQID and Natural Areas Vegetation Management.
Refer to the Section 2 - Specification for an indication of how many panelists will be awarded to each separable portion. Where the business is awarded to a panel of contractors, Council may exercise its option to extend the contract with one, many or all panelists.
All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.
Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.
