Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a reticulation pump station upgrade at Auburn Botanical Gardens.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Replacement of the existing irrigation pump system and electrical control cabinet
  • Installation of new filtration equipment
  • Installation of flow monitoring equipment
  • Pump headworks modifications
  • Construction of a new pump shed and concrete slab
  • Electrical upgrades
  • Installation of a dam aeration system

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Contract type: Mini Minor Works
  • The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules
  • Contract term: five months
  • Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
