Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠MidCoast Council owns and operates the Harrington Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) located off Industrial Road, Harrington, New South Wales (NSW). Currently, effluent is discharged to the environment via two effluent exfiltration ponds and wetland discharge to the east of the STP.

Council is seeking to understand whether the receiving environment can continue to accept and assimilate the projected future effluent load through undertaking an effluent management study.
