Project goals
DCCEEW is seeking to understand the range of commercial capabilities, services, and solutions available to support for the promotion and delivery of rebates, loans, or other financial products to households across NSW.
Scope
This Request for Information is an information gathering process to collect insights and opinions from organisations with experience in one, or more, of the following: - providing energy savings technologies to a wide range of household customers and segments, - assessing applications and financial eligibility against set criteria for the delivery of government programs (including credit-based assessments against lending rules) - operating a customisable digital platform providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for consumers, that supports financial transactions (including the distribution of loans and/or government rebates), credit management and transparent reporting. Our aim is to gather information on current capabilities, innovative solutions, and best practices.
