This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) is seeking a service provider for additional sustainment and enhancement services of its ServiceNow Platform (SNOW), which will assist the Agency in its maturity journey through the ITIL4 and SIAM driven approach it has adopted.

The current cloud-based SNOW instance supports the overall Agency environment through the Technology Services Division (TSD) and the Business Operations and Integration (BOI) Branch. The current SNOW instance provides a centralised platform for managing IT Services and Infrastructure.
