Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) is seeking to appoint a lead contractor who will replace its natural gas-based appliances, including space heating, hot water and cooking, with suitable energy-efficient electric alternatives at 26 Council owned and operated sites across the city (29 projects). This includes larger heating systems at the Arena and Central Administration Building.

The contractor will also be responsible for designing and recommending the relevant electrical systems and working with the relevant Gas provider (Genesis) to decommission gas connections.
